Stationary Fees (Levy)
An extra fee per term for classroom consumables is added to fee invoices. This covers Art / Science /DT consumable, photocopying, stationery and transport for school excursions.

Fees are payable at the start of each term by cash, Credit/Debit Card, or bank transfer. Fees must be on or before first day of each term. Timely settlement of school fees is essential to ensure your child’s continued enrolment and smooth participation in all school activities and services.

If the payment remains pending One week after the due date, the school may, as per its policy, need to consider the following actions:

• Restrict access to online portals and report cards.
• Suspend participation in school activities or trips.
• Place the student’s name on a hold list for re-enrolment in the upcoming term.

Note: All school fees in Qatar are set by the Ministry of Education and are reviewed annually. School fees are therefore subject to change each year in accordance with Ministry instructions. The school will always make parents aware of any changes as soon as they are published.
