Registration Process:

1. Submit the free online pre-application with the required school report (PDF/PNG/JPG format), attached files should not exceed2MB in size.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to complete a full application, submit documents, and pay an assessment fee (QR 214).
3. Following an assessment, successful applicants will receive an offer if seats are available.
4. A valid copy of the applicant’s QID. In compliance with Ministry regulations, this document is mandatory for all students. Admission to QIS is conditional upon obtaining a valid Qatar Residence Permit before the program start date. Offers may be withdrawn if this condition is not met.
5. To accept a place, non-refundable registration fees (QR 3,213) and a deposit (QR 2,000) must be paid. (The deposit will be deducted from the first term’s fees.)
