Notice: Parents must give four weeks’ notice using the online form. If less notice is given, the leaving date will be four weeks from your notice date. using the Online Leaving Form 

Before Leaving:

• Return all books and pay any lost book fees (QR200 per textbook, QR100 per library book) at least one week before leaving.
• All fees must be settled before any official documents or reports are released.
• Official certificates, documents and school reports will not be given unless all books are retuned, and all fees are paid.

Documents:

• Requested letters are ready for collection one working day after submission.
• The official leaving certificate is issued on or after the student’s last day.
• Families leaving Qatar must print the school report from the Ministry’s website; the attestation is applied automatically.
• Official letters are issued in English. For an Arabic version, provide a translation for the school to sign and stamp.

Refunds:

• Tuition: Refunds for the current term are calculated based on attendance time. No refund is given if the student attended 50% or more of the term.
• Deposit: May be refunded if:
  • The family leaves Qatar due to job termination before the academic year starts.
  • A seat confirmation letter from a new school is provided before the year ends.
  • The school dismisses the student.
